CONCEPTUAL PROJECT, 7-TECHNOLOGY PROJECT, IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT AND PROJECT OF THE DERIVED STATE. Licensed designer of food-technological processes, specialized in designing technology of winemaking/wineries, license no. B20I04420, issued by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of Rep. of Serbia.
By designing a house of wine, its appearance unites the art of winemaking and architectural design; respecting the regulations for this type of facility, ensuring the technological efficiency of the winery and the functional framework of wine processing, production, storage and presentation; ensuring the visual identity of the time in which it was created, while contributing to the promotion of the region, the systematic development of wine tourism and the local community.
ADVISORY SERVICES / CONSULTATIONS / IN THE FIELD OF OENOLOGY AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PRODUCTION
Short-term and long-term cooperation aimed at solving problems, improving the process of wine- making and alcoholic beverages production. This activity includes a whole range of interconnected services, from support and advice related to the operation procedures, from the vineyard to the bottled product, with the vision of creating a certain style of wine and/or alcoholic beverage.
